Madhvani Foundation. Empowerment Through Education.

Madhvani Foundation alumni have dinner after the 2010 MMASS Annual General Meeting which took place at Hotel Africana on 25 August 2010. The association was launched last year, with the election of a pioneer Chairman and Secretary. Currently, MMASS has an entire executive committee at its helm.

Mpaata Philly, Treasurer, Madhvani Foundation Alumni Association addresses alumni at the association’s first Annual General Meeting. This year’s meeting, which took place at Hotel Africana, is hoped to be the first of many such gatherings aimed at getting past scholarship beneficiaries together to continue the cycle of good will started by the Madhvani Foundation.

Madhvani Foundation Administrator, Beatrice Apoto hands over completed scholarship application forms to the Madhvani Scholarships Committee Chairman, Henry Kyemba, at the Foundation offices. Ms. Apoto reported the Committee’s delight in the ever increasing numbers of applicants, mentioning that this year’s returned forms were many more than those of previous years. The application process was officially closed end of last May- The New Vision Newspaper.
