The Madhvani Foundation believes that our responsibility does not just end with sponsoring students who may have been  less fortunate in being able to complete their studies at University due to financial difficulties.

We feel it is necessary for us to give that helping hand to the students we have sponsored by helping them find a job and embark on the journey of life once they have graduated.

Some more fortunate students will be employed within the Madhvani Group itself but if you  have been sponsored by the Madhvani Foundation and have graduated and would like to use the opportunity to display your CV,you may up load your details so that we may host them. Your details will be available for all employers throughout Uganda (and beyond ) to view and the Madhvani Foundation will endeavour to work with Uganda's best employers to request them to fill their vacancies  with graduates sponsored by the Madhvani Foundation.

Unfortunately we regret that we cannot offer this helping hand for students who have not been sponsored by the Madhvani Foundation and we wish all graduates the best of luck in their career!
